Registered users have access to our online ticket tracking and management system. You can open new tickets and check on the status of existing tickets by going to https://support.portal.megasys.com.

Registered users also have access to our product and documentation download site. The download site contains client applications, release notes and product documentation.

Access is approved with a valid Extended Support Services (ESS) contract. The number of users from each company authorized is not restricted. Please register here, and we will contact you within two business days with the details of your connection account.
