Megasys Computer Technologies announces the release of Telenium 5.0 available on HP Alpha and Sun platforms.
Telenium 5.0 has expanded its architecture around the use of threads and takes further advantage of symmetric multi-processing configurations, strengthening the performance of Telenium through faster inter-thread communications.
Telenium 5.0 is based upon proven Telenium code ensuring the same stability and reliability of previous releases.
Upgrading to Telenium 5.0 is straightforward as existing Telenium databases are compatible with both OpenVMS and Solaris. Clients familiar with Telenium will be pleased that the dependable Windows-based GUI interface remains the same.
Nick Woronuk, Vice President of Product Development at MegaSys, says, "This release encompasses the ability to support very large Service Management Layer databases containing millions of circuits, facilities and network elements."
