MegaSys™ Computer Technologies and Marconi plc (London and NASDAQ: MONI) announced today that they have completed detailed interoperability tests between Telenium™ Global Network Management Solutions and the SmartPhotoniX PMM.
The interoperability tests and detailed product qualification
process ensure that the advanced Telenium Global Network Management Solutions
and the SmartPhotoniX PMM will seamlessly operate together in advanced metro
network solutions.
Providing fault management, performance management and
configuration management capabilities, Telenium network administrators can now
include the SmartPhotoniX PMM in their existing metro networks with the assurance
that immediate operational support is available. Customers are also assured
that future product releases will be completely integrated and that Telenium
software releases will be synchronized with software releases from Marconi ensuring
on-going seamless operation.
