MegaSys™ Computer Technologies announces the addition of Complementary Support Services to its Support Services suite. An optional companion to Extended Support, this program provides for the maintenance of your Telenium™ servers.

Complementary Support Services is designed to maintain your Telenium servers in peak operating condition with a regular maintenance program. Complementary Support Services include:

• Installation of Telenium patches and upgrades
• Installation of operating system patches and upgrades
• Maintenance of Telenium historical and trace file management
• Creation and installation of all Telenium license PAKs for updated services
