MegaSys™ is pleased to announce the availability of an email dispatcher for the Telenium™ Network Management System.
The Telenium Email Dispatcher NBI (North Bound Interface) provides complete customization for the content of the email as well as the target email addresses and the subject line. Email messages contain full details of the alarm as well as any other relevant information the customer wishes to include, such as the site, the network element, the on-call supervisor, etc.
This new product helps not only smaller operations that may not maintain a 24x7 management center, but can also help larger organizations that need specific notification of problems that affect primary routes, customers, circuits or facilities.
